Cancellations:

Cancellations or changes to the time or length of an appointment must be given 24 business hours prior to a reserved appointment. A Cancellation Charge equal to one hour of training will be assessed for cancellations made in less than 24 hours. If the cancellation occurs in less than 12 hours - the cancellation fee charges will be for the full value of the cancelled appointment. :

Reservation Requirements:

A Visa or Master Card credit card is required to reserve a driving lesson appointment. A money order deposit equal to the amount of the first lesson may be used in lieu of credit card information. The deposit must be delivered to the Apex Driving School office: 210 Fell Street @ Franklin - 94102. Office hours - Monday - Friday 9 AM to 4:30 PM. Please call ahead before delivering or mailing the deposit.
