significantly reduce the loss incurred by vehicular crashes involving

The Driver Improvement Program has flexible modules that can implement to
serve your company needs.
Module One - Classroom (Time: 45 - 60 minutes)
Objectives:
- Expand the trainee’s understanding of traffic laws, and
appreciation for the
importance to adherence thereof.
- Redefining the concept of safe driving
and driver
accountability as the elimination of all "ACCIDENTS."
- Create discussion
about the
role of professionalism & courtesy as it relates to safety.
- Establish a
more profound
awareness with respect to the physics of driving.
Module Two - Group Vehicle Training (3-5 trainees X 1.5 hours")
Objectives:
- Perform initial assessment of trainee’s driving strengths
and weaknesses.
- Apply methods and exercises, which effectively correct errant driving
patterns, and or
behaviors.
- Perform a final assessment that is summarized with a
quantitative rating
- Use the group dynamic to motivate trainees to achieve a greater performance.
Module Three - Individual Training Your Company Vehicle
Objectives:
Perform initial assessment of each trainee’s driving
strengths and
weaknesses.
Apply methods and exercises, which effectively correct
errant driving
patterns, and or behaviors.
Perform a final assessment that is
summarized with a
quantitative rating.
MANAGEMENT PLAN
Every aspect of the Driver Improvement Program will be under the direct
supervision of
the program’s author. This includes modules 1, 2 and 3. Administrative staff
will assist in
the generation of rating reports, scheduling, and billing.

RESULTS
The implementation of The Driver Improvement Program resulted in a reported
65%
reduction in all employee related vehicular crashes. And notably, only one
collision during
that period was charge to the employee. Based on the success of that
project, and what
we have learned in the process to improve our product, we believe that your
overall results
will be at least 10% better.
EVALUATION
Apex Driving School shall work closely with you in assessing the
effectiveness of the
program. Moving violations, vehicular crashes are the quantitative tools to
measure the
program’s value. Employees will also have an opportunity to respond to, and
rate our
program. Each trainee will receive a detailed “Assessment of the Training”
form, which
elicits their candid responses to the materials, trainers, and how their
driving was affected.
QUALIFICATIONS
Author, and program manager Mr. Derrick Scott’s career in traffic safety
expands over the last
three decades. Within the driver training industry he is considered a
"Master
Instructor-Specialist." Master Instructor-Specialist is defined as a
licensed instructor who is
qualified to trains other instructors, and has the specialize capability to
train/evaluate drivers with
physical and or cognitive deficits. The extensive range of his background
exposes the recipient to
a wealth of knowledge pertaining to safe driving practices. In addition to
Mr. Scott’s broad
knowledge of driving as a science, he is equally adept at imparting this
knowledge with creative
